Christopher Webber is an Associate Principal in the firm’s Mt. Clemens office. Mr. Webber focuses his practice on No-Fault Defense, including First-Party and Third-Party Auto Negligence, premises liability, complex general negligence litigation, coverage matters and contract litigation.
Christopher Webber received his J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School where he completed study abroad programs at Oxford University in England and The University of Barcelona in Spain. Mr. Webber graduated with a BA from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and is also a former state certified Emergency Medical Technician.
Born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan where his family has resided for generations, Mr. Webber has extensive litigation and trial experience in Mid-Michigan, Northern Michigan and the Thumb Area. Using his extensive experience with decades of litigation experience in No-Fault and Tort litigation, Mr. Webber provides advice and representation to insurance carriers regarding PIP, coverage issues, breach of contract and intricate negligence litigation. Mr. Webber has regularly handled complex litigation issues relating to national insurance carriers, third party administrators, insurance captives, major hospital systems and international corporations from initial incident investigation, through trial and appeal including the Michigan Supreme Court in some of the most difficult venues in the Country. Mr. Webber serves as chief counsel to multiple major international companies in contract advisement, negotiation and litigations matters.
Mr. Webber is licensed to practice in Michigan as well as the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan.
