Several members of the Kitch firm have extensive experience as arbitrators, mediators, and facilitators in many unique and varied settings and industries where the parties have not been able to resolve their differences independently. Our team of ADR attorneys bring experience as objective resources through years of judicial service, practical litigation backgrounds, and business law careers, with ADR specific training and certification in facilitative mediation through the State Court Administrative Office. Some of our team members are on national rosters and panels for mediation and arbitration through the American Arbitration Association and other ADR providers.

ADR services available through Kitch include arbitration, case evaluation, mediation, summary jury trials, and more industry-specific forms such as construction neutrals and dispute review boards. While available to travel, Kitch also has several offices throughout Michigan to host ADR services, for the convenience of parties. The Kitch ADR attorneys maintain schedule flexibility where possible to accommodate the parties, including utilizing in-person or digital platforms for the proceeding.
